you are also shown the corpses of animals as if you should eat them, so this GUARANTEES you will break down and get lots of diseases in the future... you are shown to drink alcohol and coffee which are quite toxic to the body , and there is not a lot of truth telling on tv but through sarcasm or irony

the tv is satan, if you watch it you are really a loon .

now if you can censor the commercials by pausing on tivo, saying a good prayer or enjoying being alive , then fast forward to resume your show, or tape it, or just find your shows free online with adblocking software , then you are a bit smarter ,

if i said to you , can i spend 45 minutes programming you to be very unahppy ? would you say yes . yes you would, because that is what a tv watcher is doing.

now , this outright condemnation is only because the situations of murder, death, tyranny,sorrow, depressino, and disease, are presented as normal

your life transforms so much so , that people that are already weary , just become dumfnounded at how can this person be healthy and happy

by doing enough yoga and pranayama, mantra, each day , you will have great energy and happiness, so stress will not exist for you . so people will love you .
