You can spend hours doing what you want to do in an alternate reality.
Strive to do this. You must sleep and pay attention to how long you sleep before you have a dream. What you want is to get up , before you dream, and after having slept a few hours.
This is easy.
When sleep wants you to wake up to roll over, don't. Impossible. You will have to roll over or fidget or stretch. Rolling over is a cue to trick you into not noticing you are dreaming.
So roll over once, twice, three times, but , be vigilant. When you have slept, without dream, for a few hours. Sit up on your bed, eyes open, and refresh your brainwaves, until you are alert, think about what you will do while dreaming. Sleep some more. This should really help you , if you are willing to do it.
